Public and political leadership in Nigeria over the years have not been effective in solving community problems and meeting the need of the people. The country is in great need of leaders who will put the community first, bring about transformation and development. For us to have policies and programs that will impact the community we need to start investing in new leaders.
Power Shift is a social, economic and political movement that aims to develop a new approach to creating new ideas that solves community problems. It is a movement birthed by the passion of Nonso Nnamani to see Nigeria become great through excellent public and political leadership. He was concerned about the great decadence plaguing the political system & begins a program to foster an environment that will be a breeding ground for political and governmental leadership for the nation. The purpose of this organisation is to produce creative and transformative public and political leaders that will provide leadership for the community in all spheres. We provide leadership development program for individuals with potential to lead in the future. This program is the first of its kind in Nigeria and offers a signature curriculum in public and political leadership development.
