Opportunity Desk
This is the fulcrum of all our training and development processes. Here we are solely focused on human capital development both professionally and personally. This desk has multiple subdivisions with different personnel who are continually seeking opportunities in their different departments.
1. Business/Entrepreneurship Desk: This office is in charge of all the business and entrepreneurship training associated with Power Shift. They organize and plan the training activities of the entrepreneurs while also seeking opportunities such as start-up funding, soft loans for business and partnership with both local and international bodies for training and funding of businesses.
2. Career Development Desk: This department is concerned with career training and development in Power Shift. Trainings and programs that are related to career development and opportunities are going to be handled by this department. Furthermore, the department will provide information and materials regarding career trainings and openings, job opportunities and the likes.
3. Personal Development Desk: the personal development desk helps with trainings that helps the individual capacity development. The activities of this department are solely concerned with the training and development of our personal capacity and disciplines. Materials and resources that help in personal development will be researched and made available
4. Leadership Development Desk: development of leadership capabilities is still one of the core goals of Power Shift, so this desk is solely for the development of individual’s leadership potentials. Resources materials and resource persons and along with trainings will always be made available by the persons in charge.
5. Students/Abroad Study/International Desk: This student is concerned with helping students with maximizing their environment as students in Nigeria and also helping both under-graduate and post-graduate students with research and apply for scholarship opportunities abroad.
